ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All orders are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
INCORRECT ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately at designedbygladys@gmail.com before your order is processed. If the order has already been shipped and a label has been created, you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees.
If the order is returned to us by the carrier, we will reship it to the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping fee. However, if it is not returned by the carrier (is lost by carrier), we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or refund. A new order will need to be placed.
